Final Report of the National Commission on New Technology Uses of Copyrighted Works Appendix B – Public Law 93-573 and Public Law 95-146 Public Law 95-146: An Act to Extend by Seven Months the Term of the National Commission on New Technological Uses of Copyrighted WorksBe it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 206(b) of Public Law 93-573 is amended to read as follows: “(b) On or before July 31, 1978, the Commission shall submit to the President and the Congress a final report on its study and investigation which shall include its recommendations and such proposals for legislation and administrative action as may be necessary to carry out its recommendations.” |
