Public Law 95-146: An Act to Extend by Seven Months the Term of the National Commission on New Technological Uses of Copyrighted Works

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 206(b) of Public Law 93-573 is amended to read as follows:

“(b) On or before July 31, 1978, the Com­mission shall submit to the President and the Congress a final report on its study and investi­gation which shall include its recommendations and such proposals for legislation and admini­strative action as may be necessary to carry out its recommendations.”
